Mr. lybrate-user, With current treatment is your blood glucose level under control? Ideally fasting should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. If this is achieved, then one remains fairly healthy. It is difficult to say there is constant body pain. One may look at Vitamin D3 and calsium supplements along with regular exercises. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It appears you are on quite a few drugs, to control blood glucose. Still if the glucose is not controlled then we will have to give a closer look at your weight, diet and exercise. Plus if there is any further need a new molecule can be added. But first I need to know following details: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, height and weight. Then only I can suggest anything. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given, where only medication is mentioned. That does not tell anything at all about how the condition is controlled. To give any suggestions or comments I need to know following things : weight, height, diet pattern, extent of daily exercise, fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c% and lipid profile. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. Unless you give the fasting, pp glucose levels and hba1c%, diet pattern and extent of daily exercise there is no way to comment on it. Thanks.

Is your blood sugar under control. It can be because of decreased level of vit b12 orbit d. U need to start supplements for that. Also follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
