Its chronic urticaria now. He will need some test like rast. Need to avoid exposure to that allergen. Do not keep pets at home. Try avoiding egg peanut n cows milk in his diet. Deworm the child once. Give syp montair lc 5 ml once daily. No role of b complex. Use can use syp rantac 2.5 ml twice daily with syp omnacortil.

Looks like you have a recurrent uveitis for the last 7 years. A thourough systemic workup is a must for a confirmed diagnosis. If vision is so much affected and not responding to treatment then nowadays some patients are being given immuno-suppresive drugs.
