Parabens are not good in higher amount for health. Better to avoid. You can take vitamin E from natural sources like almonds, spinach, avocado, sweet potato, wheat germ, sunflower seeds etc. Try to include vitamin C in your diet for better repair of all body tissue s.

Dear Lybrate user,
zempred 8 mg tablet is a corticosteroid which is used to relieve symptoms such as pain and swelling in various conditions like arthritis and allergic disorders. Do not stop the use of this medicine suddenly since this may cause severe side effects. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.

Hello, premet is a steroid which can raise blood sugar in diabetics
even though the fasting blood sugar is 75 while treating with steroid blood sugar may raise. To overcome this your doctor has prescribed insulin.
Insulin dose should be adjusted according to fasting and postprandial blood sugars

Dear Lybrate user
your situation seems your wife might be suffering from some lung ailment and not getting relieved with steroids. You did not mention any other drugs she is taking and whats the investigations done to her to confirm the disease. Immediately consult a general physician or pulmonologist so that the infection if at all present will not spread too much. Get well soon.

This looks like food allergy to diet in the previous night. Did you take prawns; shell fish sea fish etc. Lot of nonveg food especially cooked outside with coloring agents can cause this. Eat from home. Pain killers can cause skin swelling. But food is the first suspect.
