Use topical anesthetic like lignocane gel if pain get worse during defecation and increase your fluid intake per day decrease consumptio of caffeinated drinks and do regular exercise moslty abdominal use ispaghula husk or psyllium seed
fruits like oragne papaya, green vegetables relive mild constipation.
