HiI am having glaucoma. During my last routine visit to doctor, he advised me to take duvadilan 10 mg twice a day. After taking this, I feel stomach pains and constipation. I feel dizziness. Should l continue it. Regards Sunil.

There are no evidence of harmful effects of this medication, and 3 cm cervical length is fyn, nothing to worry about it. But try to avoid the medicine on regular basis or for long term basis.

Both are uterine relaxants and can help to delay preterm labour though the chances of going into preterm labour are still very high with a cervical length of 1.8 cm

I am 32 week pregnant. My scan Dr. noted that my uterus status is an unicornuate uterus. So my Dr. suggested take bed rest. They give tablet for this. The tablet is duvadilan 10 mg. Is it ok for this? Is unicornuate uterus serious in my pregnancy state? Bed rest means?

Unicornuate dosent per se cause any pain. Bed rest means do your daily routine and rest. Do not work.

Take rest repeat the scan after 7 days. I usually don't use duvadilan at this stage but there is no harm of the same.

wait for some more time like a week or two and decide whether you can go for a normal breech ddelivery or lscs depending on many factors which your doct.or can decide

I'm facing 2nd trimester miscarriage (1st was pprom17. 5 weeks, 2 and was twins unknown reasons at 20w) 3rd preterm delivery at 28. 1 weeks due to urine infection. That time I had cervical cerclage and taken duvadilan tablet. I'm going to plan pregnancy now, (normal conception) my doc told about heparin injection from conception to delivery can I take duvadilan tablet and heparin injection together? Does I really need heparin injection? What are the indications for taking heparin injection? Is it safe to use daily? Does I need any blood test before starting heparin?

Canât comment on your heparin prescription without seeing proper reports. U can take a call consult if you wish and definitely you can take duvadilon and heparin together but for sure you need to get a circlage done again and good progesterone support in pregnancy with proper rest in pregnancy.
