My impression is that Duvadilan does not help in such conditions. However I strongly beleive that final call must be taken by doctor who has gone into your detailed medical history, who has examined you and has seen all reports.

Because of your prolonged working and standing your doctor prescribed it to prevent premature labour. I advise you to take rest in between. This tablet leads to headache and decrease in blood pressure. So drink lots of fluids.

Duvadilan is not absolutely needed in fully normal pregnancy. If the doctor started it he or she may a reason for doing it and if you have any doubt you get it cleared
