Please relax, there is nothing to worry.
Duvadilan tablets are not to be used. The baby position is not of much importance till 34 weeks. The baby constantly moves and the position of the baby will change of course you do your walking and other normal activities every day.

Duvadilan tablet is to be taken only if you have preterm labour pain and can only be prescribed by a doctor. Don’t take it long term if not needed. Low molecular weight heparin can be taken along with it, if prescribed.

The tablet is unnecessary.
Low lying placenta is seen in many pregnancies, in the first trimester. In 97% cases it will move up as the baby grows and uterus increases in size. You will have scans in 5th month, and again close to 8th month to check position of placenta.
The advised treatment is to avoid sex, and strenuous activities. No medications help.
