I am gonna marry my aunts daughter, my aunt is the second sister of my dad and she is married to totally new bloodline family and their daughter is who i am gonna marry. Also my mother and dad are also totally unrelated blood line before me. Is there any risk of genetic problems to a future baby?

I am 30 years old, I am male, I work away from my home in a job, as I was suffering from anxiety I took a boy from my village with me, as I was afraid of staying alone, it is 6 years now, I was never attached to anyone in my life, never loved a girl, but now I feel I can't leave without him, even I am postponing my marriage for him, but he doesn't have such feelings for me, if he talks with any girl I feel jealous, I cry, I don't understand what is happening, I just want to come out of the relationship and to start a married life, but due to fear of losing him I can't do it, please help me anyone if possible telephonic conversation also, please help.
