Hi, Usually there is a flare after taking isotretinoin. Expect this to subside around 10-15 days after the beginning of therapy. Are you self medicating by any chance? What else are you using with isotretinoin?

No it is not advised to take vitamin a along with isotretinoin in fear of causing hypervitaminosis a { causes: fever, irritability, vision problems etc }. However if prescribed by your doctor as a part of treatment you may proceed with caution and seek consultation as soon as possible with the onset of above mentioned symptoms.
You can take any other vitamin supplements along with isotretinoin.
