Rifampicin resistance not detected means Rifampicin INH pyrazinamide Ethambutol are to be taken in the requisite doses. There's no need of streptomycin injection.

Hi, you have not mention how much defective is the pack cover and for how many duration. If this is in a short period of time sometimes may be due to pressure from outside and tablet is intact, it should work for 100%

The resolution of the disease will mainly depend on the drug sensitivity, the type, dose and duration of anti-TB drugs and how compliant you are with the medications. 3.
