If it is heart attack then there are no such Medicine that can help much.
Sorbitrate has some reputation.
But my suggestion is to make the patient lie down and don't let him move.
Call an emergency services and rush to the hospital.

Get 2c d echo done and if indicated get graded and monitored tmt test done. If positive you may require check angio in cath lab. Consult for more diet and nutritional programme. Aldd nitrates/sorbitrate in treatment in small dose in consultation. Diabetic and cardiac diet.

Typical symptoms will be chest pain with radiating pain over left arm and take sublingual sorbitrate and take a medical help immediately and to avoid it eat food with low fat content and exercise regularly.

This is angina
get ecg done and show cardiologist
give sorbitrate 5 mg under tongue if it relieves immediate it's heart angina. Get tsh done and take regular medication ecosprin 75 mg daily at bedtime
do cardiac profile and 2 drops echo only.

Please take her to nearest hospital for evaluation and ecg to rule out heart attack.
At home if you suspect heart attack you can give aspirin 1 tablet to be chewed and sorbitrate for pain.
Also give digene syrup and pantocid for acidity.
Rush the patient to hospital for ecg and further management.

You don't need any specific medicine as far as hernia is concerned.
But you should carry so. E common medicines like crocin. Antiallergic like levocetrizine
ecosprin
sorbitrate
analgesic like dolowin plus
tab pentaprazole for acidity.
Antiseptic ointment
analgesic cream
any other medicine as per your requirement.

You can go for trial test
two ways
1.take tab. Isordil 5 mg sublingual and then see for pain relieve. 2.or take tab. Nitrocontin 2.6 mg one daily after breakfast and look for pain relieve. Discuss with me about response.

Your father's symptoms are possible indication of "stable angina"
stable angina is a heart disease which occurs only when body is stressed like walking or climbing stairs or other exercises. Ecg is typically normal in stable angina, it shows abnormality only during the periods of pain. I suggest you to go to a proper cardiologist, and do a treadmill test or stress echocardiography.
Please keep tablet isosorbide mononitrate with yourself, whenever pain occurs, this tablet should be given....more
