30 Ml in once a year is not very harmful and if you can stop with this amount. It may have good effects if yu do not turn to be a problem drinker like most people who start with small amounts as they call as medicine.

If your wife has conceived already, it depends on the wife. She is not suppose to take alcohol during the pregnancy. Hushband's alcohol intake will not affect the pregnancy after conceiving.

Please follow these tips to stop snoring:
- Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday.

Drink tender coconut water regularly, practice meditation and suryanamaskara everyday morning. Drink 10-12glass water. Reduce quantity of alcohol gradually everyday. Drink buttermilk and fruit juices regularly. Follow under said medicines.

It will surely harm body. Even weekend drinking produces fatty liver. Daily drinking will surely harm after few months or years. Alcohol dependence involves intense craving or desire to drink alcohol. People drink for pleasure or rationalize it on external factors like family problems, work tension, etc. They drink continuously, i.e. Almost daily or even weekly once or twice with withdrawal symptoms, tolerance, bodily damage, etc. Due to alcohol they and/ or others are affected significantly.more

Definitely drinking 500 ml per days is very harmful and carries no medical benefits as wrongly portrayed by some. So dont do that.
