Hi,
Please follow these tips to stop snoring:
- Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday.
- Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring.

Drink tender coconut water regularly, practice meditation and suryanamaskara everyday morning. Drink 10-12glass water. Reduce quantity of alcohol gradually everyday. Drink buttermilk and fruit juices regularly. Follow under said medicines.

I am 38 years old man and my concern is that I consume 180 ml alcohol daily. Is it can harm my body.
It will surely harm body. Even weekend drinking produces fatty liver. Daily drinking will surely harm after few months or years. Alcohol dependence involves intense craving or desire to drink alcohol. People drink for pleasure or rationalize it on external factors like family problems, work tension, etc. They drink continuously, i.e. Almost daily or even weekly once or twice with withdrawal symptoms, tolerance, bodily damage, etc. Due to alcohol they and/ or others are affected significantly.more
