Hello.
You are rightly given ipt along with pyridoxine as per rntcp guidelines.
Pyridoxine (vit b6) is given to prevent one side effect of isoniazid. Ie peripheral neuropathy. It has no role in the development of drug resistance to inh. So please take pyridoxine regularly and you can take it at any time of the day if you have a problem to take with other meds. Thanks.

ATT is usually taken for 6 months. After 2 months, pyrazinamide is stopped and other medications should be continued.
In your case case, i suggest you to repeat a CXR to look for the response and amount of remaining fluid. Also continue rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol for atleast 3 more months. You can stop pyrazimamide.

Probably operation is done by laparoscopicaly and you are suffering from port infection, this happens in case of improper sterilisation of instruments, causative agent may be atypical micobacteria, so keep taking drugs and do what your doctor advises.

Forecox Tablet is used in the treatment of tuberculosis.
So only your attending doctor can tell for how long the treatment is required.
