In my opinion you are on wrong advise. Forecox is same as rehz and adding only streptomycin to failing treatment is not good. Get culture and sensitivity for afb and add four new anti tb drugs under supervision of respiratory physician.

You are on wrong advise for TB treatment. TB treatment has to have 4 drugs for first 2 months and then 3 drugs for 4 months in most cases
