You are rightly given ipt along with pyridoxine as per rntcp guidelines.
Pyridoxine (vit b6) is given to prevent one side effect of isoniazid. Ie peripheral neuropathy. It has no role in the development of drug resistance to inh. So please take pyridoxine regularly and you can take it at any time of the day if you have a problem to take with other meds. Thanks.

Hope you are taking tab pyridoxine (vit b6) 20 mg once with your akt
and your baby shld be on inh prophylaxis for latent tb after pediatric consultation.

If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. Hi… 3 tablets of ripe fd kit should be taken together in fasting state as per your body weight … otherwise you can switch to akurit 4 4 tablets all before breakfast… look for paradoxical phenomenon or drug resistance…if it is paradoxical phenomenon need to add oral steroids in tapering doses along with anti tuberculosis medications… better consult chest physician nearby. Get genexpert from lymph node aspirate. Get complete pus drainage.

Your Dr. has given you ipt (isoniazid preventive therapy and Dr. must have ruled out active tb before giving you ipt). Isoniazid prevents latent tb infection in to developing in to active tb (disease with signs and symptoms) as its 10 times more common to get active tb in hiv pos pt than in non hiv pos pt. Pl take pyridoxine with isoniazid. Good to see your cd4 count and vl result. Thanks.

Arm pain is nothing to do with TB drugs. Haematological abnormality can be due to rifampicin, but not alrming to stop drug rifampicin.

This is TB treatment which is not as per protocol and weight of patient. Also what wad report of ADA in pleural fluid, report of biochemistry an dcytology.

The ATT regimen in Acute kidney injury is slightly different to normal. Please see a pulmonologist.

ATT is usually taken for 6 months. After 2 months, pyrazinamide is stopped and other medications should be continued.
In your case case, i suggest you to repeat a CXR to look for the response and amount of remaining fluid. Also continue rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol for atleast 3 more months. You can stop pyrazimamide.
