The dose of isotretinoin is 1 mg/ kg. The duration of the treatment should be near 6 months continously even if you have no pimples to avoid the relapse. Start with 20 mg twice a day along with topical clindamycin and inform Me after two weeks. Thanks.

Don’t use any soaps or face washes for a day or atleast 12 hours after waxing...Later u can use the soap which u mentioned..

You can. However treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. Taking isotroin and beta carotene with spirulina is not a bad combination.You can use them .Acne or pimples is an age related skin problem which has ups and downs of the lesions. Depending on the diet which you take, acne will be under your control. Please don't touch your pimples with your hands as it can cause spots and can aggravate pimples also. Reduce oily foods, sweets ,chocolates, non vegetarian foods like red meat, chicken ,eggs, dairy products as these foods can aggravate acne.

To prevent pimples, eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided.
Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars.
Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.

Hi. Isotroin which is a retinoid should not be taken for a long period. It should be continued only under a dermatologist supervision. So please consult dermatologist immediately who will suggest you blood tests like liver function tests.
