Hello,
This is likely to be an ovulation bleed and not due to implantation as you are mid cycle and the bleeding is likely to be darkish brown in colour. If you are not on ovule anymore then you are in your fertile period now.

If you have irregular period associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome please do follicle study if you are not getting the correct ovulation time then try to use ovulation inducing drugs.
