Https://www.Dropbox.Com/s/99zlkbsyit9yyh7/Lab%20Results%20-%20WellnessFXf.Pdf?dl=0 Lab results are a little over year old but my issues are getting worse now and I don't have a lot of money to blow on a lot of test. I wake up with a really bad headache Evey morning and it goes down a couple hours later but never really leaves. It feels like when you stand up really quick and you get dizzy for a while but all the time. Also I'm really fatigued all the time. Sometimes ill have a good day but most of the time after working 8 hours all I want to do is rest. I sleep 9 to 12 hours a day some times more if I feel horrible. If I sleep less I can't get though my work day. I have really bad pain behide my eyes making it really have to concentrate on anything. I'm really thirsty for water and urinate more than most people. I pee clear almost always. My stools change allot but I get the runs often. I eat a lot of fryed foods. Sweets and fruit make me feel worse. I don't drink pop or coffee cause they make me feel worse. I'm would not blame this on depression because on good days I'm happy with my life. When I feel like crap I don't feel motivated to do anything. I googled a lot already and it sounds like diabetes but my a1c test from the lab results said levels were normal. I wanted to post a few places before I go to the doctors and demand a fasting glucose test. So please help me out and tell me what you think.

Hi
Thanks for seeking help here.
Well lithium has a role in bipolar depression than unipolar. Vitamins D and Calcium deficiency need to be corrected and are not due to your medication. Well lipid profile need active management and it's due to Medication and fatty diet. Let's have a evaluation for best possible diagnosis with treatment plan.

Dear lybrate-user,
Please get serum lithium level 12 hours after the last tablet of lithium 400 mg, Also get thyroid and kidney function tests. Remember these tests are not to diagnose your disorder. They are for giving lithium in proper dose (0.8 to 1.2 mE/l) and for its side effects.
Unfortunately, we don't have an antidepressant tablet that works instantly. All of them take 2-3 weeks to act. But you can take ECT (electro-convulsive therapy) or Ketamine infusion for immediate relief if...more

Dear lybrate-user,
when did you consult your psychiatrist and physician last? You need to consult frequently to adjust the dose. What is your serum lithium and valproate level recently. How much stablon and rivotril you are taking?
In addition, I need to know your hba1c and renal functions also.
All your symptoms indicate that you have not come up from your depressive phase yet. There may be many reasons for it. Get back with these check ups.

If you were taking lithium and lamotrigene from 2 months and were doing good, then you should have enquired about the rationale with using an added medication like sizodon 0.5 mg. If it was due to sleep issues that you were prescribed those medications, I wonder if you need a different medication for insomnia. Kindly contact us for more details.
Look forward to hearing from you. If you need help with booking an appointment online with me on this website either text, an appointment for a conf...more
