Humans were eating more of meat during Palaeolithic time. Then we started farming and ate more of plant based food, with animal food in moderation.
Our body is designed to eat both plant based and animal food. But eating animal food in moderation is always goods as plants are loaded with phytonutrients which are extremely beneficial.
