You need to increase insulin dose on both times and a medicine to control your post potential peaks if you are a type 2 patient. You have not mentioned your age. Other parameter like Sr. Creatinine etc need to consider. It is better if you meet any diabetologist for the same. Additionally HbA1c test may be required to see your overall sugar control over last 3 months.

Check blood sugars BB/ab, bl /al, bd /ad and at midnight 1 am, accordingly increase or decrease the dose of insulin both in the morning and evening along with proper diet and exercise. All the best.

I have seen the details mentioned. Your fasting glucose is fairly high, but pp is better. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg & pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.5% at your age.
