It is very common in diabetics, you should control diabetes strictly. Also reduce stress / anxiety. For other physical causes you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check bp. If you are taking any medicine on regular basis (except for diabetes) then it may be due to side effect of that.

Either you take nova rapid or jardiance because both decreases blood sugar. Yes with nova rapid sugar was not controlled then you can take both simultaneouly. No problem.
We can decrease dose of nova rapid accordingly.
Regarding foam in urine better you go for urine complete analysis. Then tell the reports. Most probably phosphates are passing in urine. You can ask on line.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given, from those it is clear that current treatment is not adequate. There is a need to upgrade. Apart from drugs, it is necessary to look at dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight, height, lipid profile, bp readings, serum creatinine, urea and microalbuminuria.
In a well controlled diabetic patient fasting should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7%. Thanks.

Hello how is your control? if it good it is better to continue insulin, that's the main need. Oral drugs may not give good control.

Hi
If you take insulin, you are not eligible to donate. The rationale is that donating blood could interrupt your blood glucose control, and potentially lead to a hypoglycemic reaction in the clinic or on the way home.
If you manage your diabetes with lifestyle or diabetes pills, you may be eligible, depending on your overall health and if you meet the eligibility criteria listed below. Many people who have type 2 diabetes have blood pressure and heart problems, which would prevent them ...more
