Both Insulins mentioned are same. Only difference is one has 40 units per ml in the vial. The other has 100 units per ml in the pen. So if you are taking 6 units with 40 u/ml one, then 6 units need to be taken with the pen. You will have to fix the dosage on the pen, it will deliver that quantity only. Thanks.

If you are now 28 years old & have been using insulin for 15 years, you started insulin at 13 years of age. Right? if so, do you have type 1 diabetes? if yes, insulin is the only option for you. Unfortunately, there are no tablets to treat type 1 diabetes. You have to continue insulin, life long.

It seems to be type 1 diabetes
It is very difficult or say just impossible to leave insulin, pl don't try it.
