I recommend to control your sugar level 1) a healthy and well balanced diet having regular meals. Divide your meals into 5 to 6 times.
2) one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes
3) good fats such as omega-3 and monounsaturated fats (mufa) should be consumed as they are good for the body.
4) diet should be high in fiber. Let whole grain cereals & flour, salad vegetables, green leafy vegetables & fruits be an integral pa...more

Hello sir, if you are taking insulin then don't skip your meal take 3 major meal & 2-3 small meal/ snacks. In traveling time you should carry some food items like roasted chana, sprouts, salad like cucumber, salty lassi or butter milk. Avoid simple sugar / simple carbs. Take high fiber diet it will help you in constipation. Take 4-5 meal of vegetables & salad. Don't forget to take sufficient water. Do regular walk/ exercise/yoga or any other physical activity. Breakfast- Poha/ Namkeen Daliya/upma / oads/ cornflakes with milk or tea
Afternoon- veg. Soup/ butter milk
Lunch- Moong dhuli daal, chappti, mix veg. Raita, salads
Evening- tea or milk with marigolds biscuits or Murmure
Dinner- Same as Lunch After dinner- 1 glass milk with any protie supplement.
