I recommend to control your sugar level 1) a healthy and well balanced diet having regular meals. Divide your meals into 5 to 6 times.

Hello sir, if you are taking insulin then don't skip your meal take 3 major meal & 2-3 small meal/ snacks. In traveling time you should carry some food items like roasted chana, sprouts, salad like cucumber, salty lassi or butter milk. Avoid simple sugar / simple carbs.
