Your prescribing doctor will review response, monitor for any possible side effects and if appropriate will titrate up the dose gradually till there is effective control of your adhd symptoms. Day time sleep disorder may have some cause like obesity, sleep apnoea or narcolepsy. You should have a general cheque up by a physician and ent specialist. If normal but problem persisits you should consult a sleep disorder specialist or neurophysicain to manage.
