It may be due to fistula formation. But without proper history and examinations it is very difficult to suggest any thing. You should consult your family physician for better understanding of the problem and treatment without undue delay.

Hello. Lybrate-user. You must start homeopathic treatment continued. First think you must drink plenty of water minimum 10-12 glass of water. Then you eat healthy diet rich in carbohydrates. Take green vegetable more in diet. Take homeopathic medicine nux vomika 30 bds for 15 days 10 pills at a time. Then revert back to me if problems continued.

Yes, this could well be piles or a fissure. Anal fissure improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles of an early grade also improves with general measures. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet
2. Avoid chillies & spices
3. Take lot of fluids
4. Avoid constipation

Respected lybrate-user hi it's fissure. Avoid oily spicy nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion. Apply xylocaine (5) jelly over anal part after passing stool & sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with leuk warm water 10-10 min mor & eve).

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Abhayarishta 4tsp before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

It is due to constipation. Take. Sat-isabgol. Powder in the evening with milk or water. And take. Daily. 25. Black. Manuka (dried grapes) in the evening with water. Walking regularly.
