Dear user you didn't tell your problem clearly. For what you are taking this treatment and what is the problem and what you want now. But taking all these medicines for a long time would not be good for your physical as well as mental health. You should go for counseling to get rid of your problem and then gradually you can reduce these medicines. Hello, there are much better medications available for ocd that shows respose within a month. Also read exposure and response prevention therapy and apply it on yourself with the help of your family member or psychiatrist. You do not need to carry this problem when such promising and quick treatment is available.

You could taper some medications after being stable on these medications if they are working for you optimally after being on the same doses for about 3-6 months during which time you are hopefully able to start coping with stressful or triggering factors for your depression. You can start using alternative therapies like exercise, yoga, breathing exercises, regular routine, journaling, etc, to as non-medication therapeutic techniques to help with depression while tapering down off of medication...more

We as psychotherapists don't recommend any medication.
You seem to be overly anxious and need to work on your stress levels.
For your psychological issues, please contact a psychotherapist or counsellor in your area and seek immediate help. You may also need to take psychiatric drugs for sometime, for which you would need to consult a qualified psychiatrist.
Also start engaging in your hobbies and some form of yoga and relaxation for better results.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.
