Hello, Thanks for the query.
Indomethacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with very good action, but should be used with caution. Long term use is not very safe, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration, may damage kidneys. It is better to use it for a short period of say few days. Thanks.

Microcid contains indomethacin, a drug used for relieving pain and inflammation.
This drug per se is not contraindicated during breastfeeding and can be taken if required but daily intake of this drug should be avoided for one's own benefit.

As per your description, you might get relief with biologics, however that is a costly treatment. In that case you can go to govt hospitals and ask for help from charitable trusts or pm funds or cm funds. There is one cheap drug available but its toxicity profile is high, so it had to be used very cautiously. I hope you find your way to pain free life.

Neck message will give good results. Use little good oil or plain water and massage from either side on the mid shoulder blade. Use your thumbs and move it slowly upwards on the back of neck up to the lower level of ear. Repeat 5 to 10 times. Do not do from top to down. Finally move your neck up and down, sideways left and right. Results are excellent.

Chiropractic adjustment will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
