If all his vaccines have been given upto 5 years of age then he needs to be given: -
Inj. Tdap (Tetanus toxoid, Diptheria and acellular pertussis (Whooping cough) Repeat Td vaccine (Tetanus and Diphtheria) at intervals of 5 years upto 15 years of age, then only Tetanus every 5 years.
If DTP vaccines have not been given, then: -
DTap, followed by Td after 4 weeks and Td after 6 months MMR Vaccine if not given earlier, one dose followed by a second after 4 weeks
