Chicken pox needs only one time vaccine. Everyone 6 months of age and older should get the flu vaccine. Seasonal flu vaccines have a very good safety track record.
The flu vaccine is available by shot or nasal spray.

Influenza is viral illness, common symptoms being running nose, red eyes, cough etc, you r having allergic reactions to seasonal changes. Consult a physician for it. Vaccination is for influenza a virus .if you are diabetic then you can get vaccinated for prevention of flu.
