Dear sir, It must be vaccine for influenza or some kind of infection, arsenic is a metal which is a known carcinogen. You can share the prescription with us to be more sure of kind of vaccine. Usually due to immunocompromised state prevention from infection is done by vaccine.

Influenza is viral illness, common symptoms being running nose, red eyes, cough etc, you r having allergic reactions to seasonal changes. Consult a physician for it. Vaccination is for influenza a virus .if you are diabetic then you can get vaccinated for prevention of flu.
