Glad you brought out this question. There is no vaccine for 100% protection for common cold or swine flu. Normal influenza vaccine is given which is prepared every year as per prevalent strain and that too gives only 70% protection. U can get single shot of either vaxigrip or influevac and please remember every year you have to get 1 shot through out life. Hope this answers us query.
