Donât worry .. it could be a lump from the previous hurt u had or cyclical period pain. That is if ur periods are about to start then also u ll have pain in the breast sometime .
If u donât have family history of cancers , no need to worry much .
Just get a mammography to rule out .

Hello sir,
What are hemorrhoids? — Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the rectum. They can cause itching and pain. Sometimes they can also make you bleed during a bowel movement.
In some cases, you can see or feel hemorrhoids around the outside of the rectum. In other cases, you cannot see them because they are hidden inside the rectum (figure 1).

Hello Ms,
Given your complaints, it looks like you probably have weakness due to fever and lethargy caused by some infectious disease. Do not worry, it could be tonsillitis or thyroiditis or simply viral fever or dehydration. You need to get a physical check up with a general physician for your throat swelling.
Meanwhile you can get the following investigations done from a pathology lab
-CBC

Headache and fever persistent for 3 days should be evaluated first. Get your basic blood reports done like Haemogram done and consult with your local doctor.
Don't take diclofenac in such conditions as if this condition is a viral fever associated with decrease in platelet count you can have bleeding diathesis. You can take paracetamol which will relieve your fever and headache both and is safe too.
Do not continue self medication if problem is persistent, get professional advice.
