Hi, Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Dear lybrate-user, plaster stiffness is a know shortcoming of plastering, and its more problematic in hand, all you need to do is get and X ray done and show it to us, secondly keep your fingers moving gradually, because that will slowly over the effect of plastering and gradually you will gain movement.
Thanks.

Hi
Review with a check x-ray with your treating doctor.
At this stage, if healing has occurred then simple hot water dipping and gradual flexion and extension exercises will restore movements in another 2 weeks or so
nothing to worry.

It has perhaps been loosened by reduced swelling. Better to ask your ortho specialist. However if everything is ok, you may add one or two classic ayurveda medicine to your regime like laxadi g and sudhasaptak etc to fast recovering the calcium needs. Pl consult if needs further guidance.
