For undisplaced fistula fracture 6 Wk plaster is usually sufficient. After 31st dec you can start walking. Increase your distance and speed gradually.

Dear lybrate-user, plaster stiffness is a know shortcoming of plastering, and its more problematic in hand, all you need to do is get and X ray done and show it to us, secondly keep your fingers moving gradually, because that will slowly over the effect of plastering and gradually you will gain movement.

It has perhaps been loosened by reduced swelling. Better to ask your ortho specialist. However if everything is ok, you may add one or two classic ayurveda medicine to your regime like laxadi g and sudhasaptak etc to fast recovering the calcium needs. Pl consult if needs further guidance.
