Thanks for your query on Lybrate
"As" per your clinical history is concerned you can be given 10-40 mg tablet and your doctor will check your BP and tell you which will be better and in my opinion start with 10 mg twice a day and gradually increase if needed. Do an ECHO test and check your Aortic valve status.

Before you decrease the dose I would advise you to get your echo ecg and chest x-ray once and let me know.

Most drugs are used for many indications. From the drugs don't think about diagnosis. Septamin forte is usually given in Vitamin B12 deficiency. But can be given in many other conditions as an add on. Nexito though an antidepressant can be used for OCD, somatization disorders, IBS, etc. Inderal can be used to as an hypotensive. I would suggest that you visit a cardiac electrophysiologist nearby, who is an expert in cardiac rhythm disorders. The exact nature of your palpitations has to be found out before suggesting change in medications. Because palpitations can be secondary to a normal rhythm as well as abnormal rhythm.
Also we have drugs which have a better safety profile than inderal.

Hello sir well for throat examination you can take up a video call with ent specialist in your area and if doubt can get an endoscopy done alongwith neck exam now gradually things are getting better so you will get someone for this.
As regards thyroid does not seem to be related but no harm in getting a tft done.
