Ciplar n ciplar la are same medicines. But in your case your pharmacist has given you ciplar la 20, when you needed 40. Also ciplar la 40 is much costlier than ciplar 40.

Homeopathy treats the person as a whole. This means that homeopathic treatment focuses on the patient as a person, as well as his pathological condition. The Homeopathic thyroid treatment medicines are selected after a full individualizing examination and case-analysis, which includes the medical history of the patient, physical and mental constitution etc. A miasmatic tendency (predisposition/susceptibility) is also often taken into account for the treatment of chronic conditions.

I don't want to get addicted, and I don't know is there any major side effects effect on brian and heart the main tension is that. Please try to help me doctor. Thank you.

Normally the mainstay of anxiety treatment is medication such as SSRI class of drugs which are highly effective for anxiety. Beta blockers such as betacap, or benzodizepines are only given temporarily to control the physical symptoms of anxiety till the SSRI medicine starts to take effect.

Also dose used for anxiety is usually between 20 to 40. 60mg is not used.
