It is not regularisation which is important.
In pcod ovulation- release of an ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust.

Hello doctor I am suffering from pcod I want to conceive and doctor have suggest me ovacyst tablets with ironzorb my ultrasound reports suggest that I have small multiple polycystic in my right ovary my left ovary is normal rest reports are all fine my husband report is also good why I am not getting pregnant is pcod the problem. My periods were regular for one year but not last time it came 14 days late. What should I do I am taking myo inositol form the last two months should I continue it what should I do my follicular study is also done it says ovulation is happening on right time on day 14. Blood report is normal thyroid function is also normal is this because of pcod or my diet please suggest me some good medication and advice to conceive and get pregnant.

Hi doctor, i'm diagnosed with pcod a week ago. Last year in february when I did ultrasound everything was normal but a week ago when I bled for more than 3 weeks I visited doctor and I found that I had 8 to 10 small cysts in my ovaries. I'm getting married in few months but i'm afraid if I can get pregnant afterwards. Also i've been taking myo inositol, folic acid and vitamin d3 granules two times everyday. Besides that i've followed a proper diet and have started to do yoga and 30 min walk daily. Only thing that bothers me is if I can conceive naturally. Thank you for your response? Ps: i'm 24 years old.

Ya you can conceive normal. But you have you have to maintain balance lifestyle. Increase protein diet and decrease excess sugar.

Dosage. Metformin plain should be taken thrice daily with food however it varies according to the patient need but SR is prescribed once for a day since it has long duration of action. Kindly consult a Diabetologist in person since your body needs varies.
