Seems like your anxiety is provoked by a single dose of irrelevant medication. Don't worry it can be treated easily with proper counseling and medication. You need to consult right doctor for this who understand it properly and make you understand as well. Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that detail discussion and evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested as treatment depends on the many factors including past history, family history, severity of illness, duration ...more

These medicines are not for disbalance, they are for control of BP, sugar, etc. Ivabradine may not be essential. For disbalance discuss with your Dr. about physiotherapy.

Yes you can take all of them if you can afford them. But, starting from coq10 and all the other supplements that you mentioned, none of them have been proven scientifically to be of any practical use in humans. If at all, they will make only a miniscule difference to overall health. Finally, you can use them but never at the expense of the important medications such as ecosprin. Many people with this sort of fear start thinking irrationally and end up taking supplements and stopping medications ...more

Ivabradine acts by reducing the heart rate via specific inhibition of the pacemaker current, a mechanism different from that of beta blockers. Beta blockers work by blocking the effects of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline.

Based on Clinical Trials, Ivabradine on top of Beta blockers, like Metoprolol, have been advocated for the management of Chronic Stable Angina and Chronic Heart Failure, when the resting heart rate remains more than 70 beats per minute despite the patient taking sufficient doses of Beta blockade.
In your case, before adding Ivabrad, Metolar could have been increased to 50 mg twice a day, provided your clinical status allowed for that, which your doctor, I believe, must have considered.
