Hi it's good that your taking calcium and folic acid. That will not cause any period problem. But please let me know for how many days your bleeding and your meaning for less flow of blood?
If bleeding is for more than 2-3 days / >2/3 pads per day it's fine. If your periods are regular then no need to worry about your chances of pregnancy.

Yes you can. At 5 months post delivery, you need not take iron anymore. Just continue calcium until you breastfeed.

Kindly see physcian, your calcium is little more than normal. Vit d near normal. We have to see many causes which can increase blood calcium and muskuloskeleral symptoms.
