There are various pain killers
1.if you are diabetic then use only ultracet (tramadol+paracetamol) or combiflam twice daily for 3 days
2.if not you can take diclofenac +paracetamol twice for 3 days.

Combiflam contains ibuprufen with paracetamol (500mg) and is likely to cause gastric irritation. Paracetamol 650 is preferred since it does not cause severe gastric problem.

Yes it can be given, ibugesic plus contain' ibuprofen & paracetamol'dose will be according to body weight
for ibuprofen 10 mg per kg body weight, 6 hourly for paracetamol 15 mg per kg body weight.

You may be having deficiency of vitamin D.
Normal level of vit D is between between 20-50 ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates Vitamin D deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning
2. Take Milk, cheese, egg yolk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of Vitamin D you have to take Vitamin D supplement 60000IU/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.
