Ibugesic is not advised as a first line medicine as it causes gastritis in babies. Why do want to use it sir ,please specify?
If you want to use ,give crocin drops 0.5 ml. But please do mention the reason. Don't use it unnecessarily.
Thank you.

Why is she having fever. Since 6 days she is having fever, there must be some reason. You need to find out cause n treat that. Fever is only a symptom not a disease. You should consult pediatrician for a checkup. As ibugesic plus is only for fever.

Both medicines should not be used either individual or in combination. Paracetamol is safer. These medicines are not useful in cough or cold unless there is fever.
