They do have side effects, but not all may be affected .and those affected without benefits .why they should continue .Why not shift to NATURAL treats and. It is fine to take paracetamol with ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or codeine (assuming these are appropriate for you). However, don't take paracetamol with co-codamol, co-dydramol or Tramacet because these contain paracetamol.

If this does not happen as well as period is missed then to do pregnancy test.

Hi all, my father is having headache on the right side of his head for the last 1.5 month. We have got him seen to multiple doctors but no avail. Initially, he took paracetamol but it was of no use. Then we got his eyes checked from ophthalmologist who confirmed everything was fine. Then we took homeopathic medicine for migraine which relieved initially but the pain returned back. Then we went to general physician who gave naprosyn for 3 days and eliwel 10 mg for 10 days .he also added vitamin b-complex capsules to the same .naprosyn was very helpful and eliwel also reduced the pain somewhat .but after finishing the dose the pain has returned .also the doctor asked to do blood tests and calcium/protein tests which showed everything normal .what should I do in this case as we are clueless now .any help on the same will be appreciated.

He needs to do an mri of brain. It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this
1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache
3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.

My period cycle starts on around 9th of each month and lasts for 4-7 days normally. I had viral fever and throat pain last month and I had to take many medicines (paracetamol, ibuprofen, zifi 200 and amoxicillin) for recovery. As a result when my period started on 9th April, it kept on going till end of April. I had no spotting on alternate days in month end and I thought that everything is fine but now I have full flow again. It seems that next cycle has preponed. I am in UK and I visited the health centre and doctor performed finger test, pregnancy test and smear test. All seems fine so far but don't know why cycle being irregular. Also, I noticed some dark color stool few times. I have blood test and ultrasound appointment on 10th and 28th May respectively. Could you please tell me what all these symptoms tend to? I am afraid that this much blood loss which is running for more than 20 days can make me much much weak. Please advice on dietary habit as well. Also, please suggest on exercise routine. I am a yoga lady but this time I started gymming on month end which I had to stop once I had full flow again. Should I not go to gym during periods. I just do running and light exercises. No weight lifting or heavy stuff.

Menses are not meant to be very regular. But what you have suffered, I e bleeding for almost 20 days is abnormal.
The infection has nothing to do with it.
But may be coincidentally you had a weak lining of the uterus which was shed over days and hence the bleeding for 20 days.
Ideally no menses should alst for more than 5-7 days.
And one must visit a gynecologist to get checked.
In patients who have excess bleeding, in india at elast the doctor would have prescribed some medi...more

Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB about a month ago and began with the treatment in april end .The only symptom I had was rubbing around rib cage while taking deep breaths. Except for that, I did not have any cough, fever or even weight loss. During diagnosis , genexpert report showed that I was not resistant to rifampicin. After a month of treatment , on 27th may I experienced mild fever of about 99 deg C. But when it didn't go away I took paracetamol after the advice of my physician. The fever continued and I occasionally experienced sweats when I slept. When the fever didn't improve, my doctor checked me for malaria and found nothing in the tests. He also asked me for a new chest xray and saw a slight amount of improvement in the TB scar compared to earlier xray. An AFB test using pleural fluid came negative. He then advised me to take levoflox 750 for a week. Today, is the 6th day of levoflox and my condition of fever has slightly improved but the fever still comes back around in the late afternoon and then I take a paracetamol to avoid it's rise. Other than fever, I don't have any other symptoms. I have attached the latest reports respectively for my tests. Following are the medicines I was prescribed to and I have been taking them regularly. Tab. C.Rcinex 600 - empty stomach Tab. Pyzina 1gm and benadon 40 mg - After breakfast Tab. Cumbotol - after lunch Tab. Pyzina 750 mg - after dinner. Thank you very much,
