No, paracetamol is enough for a small child, never to use two same drug group at once.
Do tap-water sponging to lower the fever.
Consult a doctor and start some antibiotics if any other issues are also there.

You can, but I suggest give paracetamol 1st, then if it doesn't subside in a hours time, give ibuprofe. Make sure you are not over dosing your child.

If the the fever goes above 99 degrees can give paracetamol alone. Ibuprofen can be given along with paracetamol if fever is above 101. It should be avoided if the child is below 2 years of age or suffering from respiratory problems or allergic to ibuprofen.

Both medicines should not be used either individual or in combination. Paracetamol is safer. These medicines are not useful in cough or cold unless there is fever.

First of all one should know what's normal heart rate for babies, then you can say if it's faster or not. Compared to adults baby's heart rate is generally high. Again it varies from 120-160 depending on whether her sleeping, feeding, crying, happy etc. If in doubt see your doctor.

If you are experiencing side effects, please stop taking the drug immediately. Ibuprofen can be very dangerous especially if you take an overdose of it. Please visit a doctor and get the correct dosage of the right drug for you after informing him about other medical conditions, if you have any.
