I pill contains levonorgestrel, which is a progesterone and can cause heaviness of the breasts, but is usually bilateral. If it is a unilateral pain, which persists for 2-3 weeks, better to see a breast surgeon or a Surgical oncologist. They will examine you and if need be, ask for an ultrasound. There are other causes which they need to rule out like fibrocystic changes, cysts, mastitis, abscess and rarely cancer.
If you want to further discuss the issue, feel free to contact me directly.

Yes! Having unprotected sex at any time is risky and can result in pregnancy. Sometimes ovulation — the time when a girl is most likely to become pregnant — can happen within a few days of when your period ends. Also, sperm can fertilize an egg for 72 hours (3 days) after ejaculation.

There's no chance of pregnancy but you remember this I pill is an emergency contraceptive not for regular use. In same cycle don't use second time. If you do this it causes complications like disturbed menstrual cycle or unwanted bleeding. Please take care and use condoms for safe sex.

Hello-
Women who are not taking a contraceptive pill can use norethisterone tablets to postpone their period. However, taking norethisterone tablets to delay your period will not protect you against pregnancy, so you still need to use a method of contraception.
