It is not recommended or needed to take i-pills after protected sex to be double sure regarding an unwanted pregnancy. If you regularly have the sex you can choose other protective measures.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test. In case of doubt better to do blood test serum hcg-beta.

Ipill has no effect on ovulation. There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

Its effectiveness depends on how soon you take the pill. It should be taken as soon as possible -- within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. When levonorgestrel is taken as directed, it can reduce the chance of pregnancy by close to 90%.

Nostra cr 10 will not prevent pregnancy. Both the medicines are hormonal pills so be careful about the time of your period cycle and what contraception to use next time. If you would like to know more you can contact me.
