She is likely to become pregnant, because ovulation could have taken place by 14 to 16th day. 70% of sperms will be there in the pre-ejaculatory secretions. Do a urine pregnancy test, to exclude pregnancy.

If you used to have cramps earlier before your periods there is a chance. If however you don't get periods even after 14 days of stopping Regesterone, you will need an ultrasound scan.
