Hello,
Vaginal pain instead of artificial lubrication denotes the condition of vaginismus. When a woman has vaginismus, her vagina's muscles squeeze or spasm when something is entering it, like a tampon or a penis and cause pain.
You need to practice kegel to relax your pelvic muscles and have to start some herbal aphrodisiacs having muscle relaxant property. The condition can be cured with the help of medications.

Hello-
you and your partner may be able to minimize your pain with a few changes to your sex routine. Try being on top of your partner during sex. Women usually have more control in this position, so you may be able to regulate penetration to a depth that feels good to you. Communicate with your partner what feels good and what does not. Also, longer foreplay can help stimulate your natural lubrication and reduce the pain of penetration, as do synthetic lubricants.

Hello-
The anus does not produce enough lubrication for comfortable anal sex, so it's important to use an artificial water-based lubricant — like K-Y jelly or Astroglide — for anal sex. (Using an oil-based lubricant, like Vaseline, can damage latex condoms.)

Hello, greetings from your ayurveda wellness coach.
No, you should not use castor oil. It will cause irritation. There are some other natural ayurveda medications. Like aswagandha rasayanam, you may consult me online so that I can guide you accordingly.
