Hello-
If you are using a simple lubricant and not a hybrid one (additional numbing property), then it is absolutely safe to use. However choose the nature of lubricant (water based, glycerin etc) according to the choice of sex (vaginal/anal).

Hello-
good hygiene can help alleviate symptoms of intercourse pain. Avoid scented bath products, such as body washes and shower gels, as they can irritate your genital area and deplete your natural lubrication. Douche with infusions made from antiseptic herbs such as calendula, garlic, goldenseal, fresh plantain, st. John's wort or tea tree oil along with other herbs such as comfrey leaves to soothe irritation.

Hello-
Some vegetable and mineral oils like avocado, coconut, and olive oil can be used as personal lubricant. They can be great for clitoral stimulation and vulvar massage, or some quality alone time, but keep them far away from your condoms (it could make them break). Use artificial lubricants if using condom.
