Gutkha is injurious to your health. You have got up early but we never know how much changes have been done in your mouth or throat just by considering the period of usage.
Some people doesn't get a single change in their life time after usage of 40 years but few get cancer even less than 5 years of usage. Its all depend on person to person. So better you get your examination properly to a experienced doctor and stay calm.

Yes, you can opt for hyaluronidase injections if all oral therapies have failed. In my opinion, usually better oral medicines are available these days, so I usually don't prefer such costly injections. This treatment is restricted to only a few where the problem is severe and not responding. The effect usually lasts for 6 months or more. If you want to know everything in detail, please consult through lybrate app.

The Disease is known as OSMF (Oral Submucous Fibrosis. It's not openning due to fibrous bands that has been formed in both side of yours buccal mucosa. Visit a Dentist and ask him/her to go for intralesional injections of Hyaluronidase, Methyl Prednisolone, placental extract and LA along with tablet of Lucopene to be administered once a week for almost 2 months. If these doesn't inproves your mouth openning then there are Sugeries available. So don't worry and just stop Gutkha completely.

Doctors may assess the patient before choosing the treatment. It can be using hyalase, diode lasers or supplements. Treatment options include iron and multivitamin supplements including lycopene, an extract of tomato, and a range of medicines (e. G. Intralesional injection of steroids, hyaluronidase, human placenta extracts, chemotrypsin, pentoxifylline and collagenase). Surgery, including cutting of the fibrous bands and jaw muscles and joint, has been used for more extreme cases.

Spondylitis includes swelling of the vertebra. It happens because of wear and tear of the ligament and bones found in your cervical spine, which is in your neck. While it is to a great extent because of age, it can be brought on by other reasons too. Side effects incorporate pain and stiffness starting from the neck to the lower back. The spine's bones (vertebrae) get fused, bringing about an unbending spine. These changes might be mellow or extreme, and may prompt a stooped-over posture. Some o...more
