There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner.
1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night.
By doing above thing you will get good result.

The leaves are used for treating chronic fever, rheumatism, arthritis, joint pain, obstinate sciatica. Melacare has side effects too so should be used under the supervision of a dermatologist only.

Thanks for enquiry. For pigmentation problem do apply sunscreen, avoid much sun exposure. It is usually also hereditary ,thyroid related ,sun exposure, wrong cream application like done in your case for long duration ,less sleep ,free radicals deposited on skin etc. Do apply sunscreen ,use antoxid, use lightening cream ,can get peels ,laser ,filler for faster recovery. Hello, Melacare should not be used for so long as the steroid and hydroquinone are harmful. The pigmentation are of two types superficial and deep. The superficial pigmentation respond to creams. The deeper ones need chemical peels and lasers and additional depigmentation creams. most of the times, pigmentation will respond to azaelic acid /kojic acid /hydroquinone creams. But be sure to start the cream at night along with sunscreen application in the morning. Your skin seems to sensitive ,better you use mild cleanser to prevent from dryness and redness.
