First of all stop using any soap or cream. Use regular sunscreen lotion everyday indoor and outdoor. Use facewash twice a day. For dry skin you should moisturize your skin everyday twice a day. Don't experiment any fairness cream and oinment as it will damage your skin more. You can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.
