I am 22 years old female im normal color using elosone ht looking fair only in face that while using and not after when stopped. Hands getting very dark when compared to body and face. How can iget fair skin should I go for any treatments please suggest any best one.

Hello, elosoneht is a strong steroid cream. It can give severe side effects. So please stop using it. Instead apply kojivit gel one pea size drop for full face at night for a month. Use sun protection during the day.

Hi. I have been suffered from facial melanosis (more dark spots on my face). A dermatologist prescribed me the following medicine: 1. Demelan cream (to use at day and night, during day time have to use suncream solasafe spf 50 after demelan cream apply) 2. Yugard cream at night (have to use after demelan cream apply) 3. Elovera cream+ trunex 0.04+ melapik hq (have to mix 1: 1:1 ratio )(this medicine I am using since last 2 years and apply on more dark spots at night as per my doctor advice. Doctor told during last review that you might use this 3 cream on more dark spots after applying demelan and yugard cream) 4. Ahaglow facewash 5. Oxidox capsule am I going to right treatment.

Yes indeed. Bt depends on the response you are getting every skin is different. It responds differenty. You can ask your doctor for some chemical peels if you want good results.

I have side effect of cosmelite on face. Nd my face become black but I use glyco acid cream nd it become almost normal bt it do not cure skin under eyes nd little dark patch on nose. In one of your ans mam you suggest lumacip but it also contain hydroquinone. Is it safe to use. Pls reply mam.

Plain hydroquinone will give results but should be used for short time like 3-4 months. Cosmolite is triple combination cream thats why you got side effects. Both can be used but under doctors guidence. Visit dermatologist n take proper treatment it is always better.

Hello, Getlite cream has hydroquinone and steroid which are strong depigmenting agents but should not be used for long period as they have side effects. Kojivit plus cream is effective and more safer it can be used twice a day. And use sunscreen 2-3 times a day based on your sun exposure. It does take time.

Hii dear...This cream is a combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin, and steroid. It is a skin lightening medication used for hyperpigmentation, it has lot of side effects when used on normal skin. Long term use of steroids can cause infections, acneiform eruption, atrophy, etc. Long term use of hydroquinone can cause exogenous ochronosis. Kindly avoid such creams for skin lightening. It must only be used for hyperpigmentation when indicated.
